Security

The user is specifically prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the services. In this regard, the user agrees not to:

Access data or materials not intended for their specific usage

Log into a server or account which they are not authorised to access

Attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation

Attempt to interfere with service to any user, host or network, including without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the website and/or the services, overloading, flooding, mail bombing or crashing the website and/or the services

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.

Information regarding online dispute resolution pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution Regulation):

The European Commission gives consumers the opportunity to resolve online disputes pursuant to Art. 14 Para. 1 of the ODR on one of their platforms. The platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) serves as a site where consumers can try to reach out-of-court settlements of disputes arising from online purchases and contracts for services.
